As law clerk, you will assist the arbitrators in their day-to-day case management, and your duties will include monitoring the progress of cases, preparing bench memoranda and hearing documents, undertaking research and drafting documents under the arbitrator(s)' specific directions. You may also be undertake tasks relating to the publication of academic articles and other publications, such as research, preparing case synopses, and drafting parts of portions of the said articles or publications.
Candidates should have:
- A good law degree (LLB or equivalent).

We are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretary to join the Withers KhattarWong secretarial team. Our secretaries typically support a partner and several other lawyers. Areas of focus and responsibilities

- Bulk printing, scanning and photocopying, editing, formatting, word and PowerPoint processing and assisting in other administrative matters.
