Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements in multiple languages, including English and Chinese, to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with external legal firms and oversee domestic and cross-border legal issues.

Support management on business-related legal strategies and other assigned legal matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs or private practice.

Familiarity with the legal environment in Southeast Asia.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Assist in administering, monitoring and maintaining the company’s IP/trademark portfolio in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring all records and databases are accurate, up-to-date, and secure.
· Coordinate with external legal counsel on trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, and other IP-related matters according to jurisdictional requirements.
· Conduct surveillance of trademark filings through global trademark databases, identify potential conflicts or infringements and prepare watch reports for management’s assessment.
· Assist in preparation and drafting legal documents and agreements. Provide administrative support as required.

Requirements
· Possess a good diploma or degree.
· At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in secretarial / IP management / legal support roles, either in-house (preferably in the consumer healthcare line, FMCG or related industry) or in a law firm.
· Knowledge of trademark related requirements in Asia Pacific / Middle East / US jurisdictions are helpful. Additional knowledge or experience in legal agreement / IP licensing is an advantage.

You will provide legal advice to BCA on regulatory and commercial issues, intellectual property issues and general areas of the law.
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities include:
- reviewing and drafting contracts to be concluded by BCA and any contractual disputes that may arise;
- advising on legislative amendments under BCA's purview so as to address BCA's policy objectives;

What we are looking for
Requirements:
