• Execute procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs

• Conduct legal rules and regulations review, cascade findings to team, identify and implement appropriate mechanisms in support for expansion of business operations beyond present set of jurisdictions.

• Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors and handle litigation

• Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company.

• Designing and delivering legal training relevant to the business to highlight awareness of & reduce the risk profile of the business;

• Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry.

Job Requirement


• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent, preferably with one or more years' experience in a commercial setting

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and legal procedures

• Possess sound judgement and have strong legal analytical, drafting and communication skills

• Close attention to details and the ability to work independently

• Ability to work cross-functionally, a good team player and effectively communicate complex issues to Management and business stakeholders

• Highly organized, experienced with managing numerous deals or projects simultaneously and able to adapt to shifting priorities

• High degree of professional ethics and integrity

Job Description

• Manages all Contracts associated to the Company and its subsidiaries
• Proactively provides accurate, relevant and timely legal advice/support in diverse areas including Commercial/Operational Transactions, Corporate Office Transactions (Ad-Hoc Corporate projects and undertakings), Human Resources, Corporate Finance, Governance, Research, Intellectual Property, IT matters, etc.
• Draft, review, negotiate and solidify legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, data protection, etc. in best interest of Company
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer strategic solutions on possible legal issues
• Develops and implements business risk management strategies and offers strategic solutions on possible legal issues
• Be in close communication with internal/ external stakeholders on a variety of legal and risk management topics that relate to the commercialization and their products or services, provide advice on commercial legal matters to meet the Company’s strategic objectives
• Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
• Creates business guidelines, establishes and manages approval workflows & documentation.
