Law Clerk position with leading set of international arbitrators.
As law clerk, you will assist the arbitrators in their day-to-day case management, and your duties will include monitoring the progress of cases, preparing bench memoranda and hearing documents, undertaking research and drafting documents under the arbitrator(s)' specific directions. You may also be undertake tasks relating to the publication of academic articles and other publications, such as research, preparing case synopses, and drafting parts of portions of the said articles or publications.
Candidates should have:
- A good law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- At least 2 to 3 years post-qualification experience (e.g. as counsel, judicial clerk or in an international arbitral institution). Experience with international arbitration or international disputes will be an advantage.
