- Practitioner/Instructional profiles: Strong CPA/CA (or equivalent) with significant, recent professional experience for non-coordinator roles (PA/IP/SP-aligned).
- Demonstrated tertiary teaching effectiveness (e.g. student feedback, peer review, or teaching awards).
- Proficiency with LMS (e.g., Canvas), marking rubrics, moderation, and academic integrity.
- Collaborative mindset—work effectively with coordinators and professional staff to meet quality and compliance requirements.
