Job summary

Position

Directly reporting to the Head of Cash Management and Corporate Banking Services (CCS), the deputy head of CCS is fully in charge of the Software Engineering practices delegated to him. These practices are organized by Business Lines (Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Financing, …), in various feature teams in charge of the different applications and projects of the perimeter.

With staffs, the department contribute to multiple strategic projects of the bank ranging from 1 to 200 MEuros pluri-annual budget. To do so, the department is developing multiple green-field innovative solutions based on state-of-the-art technological stacks as well as vendor solutions when relevant.

Main responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare the Software Engineering practices according to the needs of the bank.
  • Create a sustainable and productive environment for the teams to be in the best level of performance while developing themselves.
  • Ensure the utmost level of quality of the deliverables produced by the department.
  • Manage the budget of both IT Business Lines contribution as well as the department internal budget.
  • Implement the directives, ways of working and overall strategy of the bank inside the department.
  • Ensure a proper level of project management and software engineering according to the bank standards.
  • Represent the department in front of the Business and IT Management in collaboration with head of CCS.
  • Ensure a continuous work on the improvement of the Ways Of Working, tooling, sourcing, training, coaching, methodology, software engineering, organization and governance of the department as well as Singapore Center as a whole.

Qualifications and Profile

  • At least 15+ years of experience managing development teams
  • Strong leadership with capacity to lead by influence
  • People centric mindset with successful experiences of senior people development and coaching
  • Excellent project/program management expertise (PMP, Prince2, CMMI, RUP, SAFe or LeSS certifications are appreciated)
  • Strong curious mindset with lifelong learner approach
  • Experience in designing and delivering green field projects
  • Relevant experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering approach
  • Strong programming background (Java, .Net, Go, Rust, Node.JS, …)
  • Hands-on design experience with APIs, microservices, UI/UX technologies, big data, cloud, API, etc.
  • Domain knowledge in Payments, Cash Management or Corporate Banking is an advantage

A Regional Senior Business Analyst role in IT department with Senior BA or Product Owner knowledge and experience to conceptualize strategic business/operations solution, drive transformation and support product development in the Core Banking services for the Group.

At least 10-15 years of relevant business analysis experience in financial services environment, preferably in area of Core Banking, bank-in-a box services in a multi-country, multi-currency environment
Possess end-to-end business knowledge of Core Banking services, with a primary professional domain in Loans and a secondary domain in Customer Information/Deposit modules
Demonstrated expertise in Solutioning architecture and system development life cycle

The Opportunity
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs and concerns.
Customer Outreach and Engagement
Proactively reach out to existing customers to check on satisfaction levels and gather feedback.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
New Customer Acquisition
Identify and prospect potential new customers through various channels (networking, referrals, etc.).
Develop and execute plans to attract and convert leads into new customers.
Collaborate with marketing team to coordinate efforts and optimize conversion rates.
Retention and Upselling
Develop strategies and initiatives to retain existing customers and minimize churn.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing customers based on their needs and usage patterns.
Customer Advocacy
Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing their interests and feedback.
Champion customer-centric initiatives and initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, learning development, program management etc.) to align customer engagement strategies with business objectives.
Communicate customer needs and insights internally to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Feedback Analysis and Reporting
Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Degree holder with
5+ years’ experience
in financial services training, corporate training, or related sectors
Strong communicator with proven
