Serve as account managers for assigned trade unions and various entities in the NTUC family, in the form of understanding training needs and work with the key leaders and staff to roll out training and engagement programmes.
Manage training programmes assigned through consolidating programmes nominations, liaising with trainers and work with the admin team to ensure that all attendance, funding support and courses and trainer fees are managed in accordance with SOPs.
Manage the training key indicators dashboard to keep track of progression by ensuring raw data are up to date and tracking algorithms are working properly.

Purpose
– Bancassurance, Agency & FA Training Development: Develop and execute an overarching framework for designing groupwide training and development for Bancassurance, Agency & FA distribution with a focus on professionalism, productivity and quality.
– Bancassurance Elite Academy: Design and develop a segmented learning and development strategy and roadmap for Bancassurance Executives, Managers, Referrers, Distributors across all FWD Markets.
– Leader Development: Develop learning and development programs for Agency Executives, Agency leaders and IFA principals to elevate Agency and FA channels and ensure best-in-class leadership with coaching, joint fieldwork and activity management as core disciplines.
Responsibilities
Learning & Development leadership
– Lead groupwide Learning & Development resources to design and implement Bancassurance, Agency training and development strategies and roadmap
Training Frameworks and Curriculum design
– Establish and develop Group learning frameworks and guide LBUs to design and implement Bancassurance, Agency & IFA partner learning and development curriculum and training roadmaps
Training Execution
– Partner with LBUs to identify and execute initiatives and programs to increase Banca Distributor, Referrer, Manager, Agent and leader quality, professionalism and productivity
Champion the use of innovative training methodologies and develop new learning opportunities aligned to Bancassurance and Agency priorities
Cross Functional leadership
– Lead cross-function initiatives to design and implement training strategies to increase Bancassurance, agency and IFA partner productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with Bancassurance and agency leaders to understand training needs and align with organizational goals
Learning Analytics
– Monitor and review Bancassurance, Agency & FA channel performance, provide analytics and strategic guidance to deliver targets
Stakeholder Management
– Collaborate with Group Distribution & Propositions and other Group Office stakeholders to deliver groupwide strategic plans for Bancassurance, Agency & FA channels
Best practice sharing
– Facilitate best practices across countries and develop leadership and performance management capabilities for LBUs

Qualifications / Experience
University degree or above
At least 10 years' experience and track record in life insurance; leadership of distribution training functions, managing Bancassurance, Agency or IFA channels in Asian markets is a plus
Experience in designing and developing Bancassurance, IFA, and/or Agency Training and development programs
Competencies in Bancassurance, Agency and IFA management
High standard of business ethics
