Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year global program focused on developing future business leaders with strong finance leadership. To accomplish this mission, participants in the FLDP are placed in positions where they will be challenged, building core accounting and financial analysis skillsets. FLDP participants will have the opportunity to learn and demonstrate leadership skills in areas such as teamwork, risk-taking, and initiative, while demonstrating their core values and adherence to the Johnson & Johnson Credo.
FLDP participants generally rotate through 2 assignments in various roles within Johnson & Johnson during the program. During the rotations, FLDP participants will be exposed to various functional areas. Each assignment provides an excellent learning experience and an opportunity for FLDP participants to utilize their leadership skills and bring new perspectives for change and process improvement to the J&J companies. Being an FLDP participant exposes you to an expanded network of contacts.
FLDP offers five weeks of training during the two year program to assist in the development of our future leaders. - Develop resourcing plans and oversee the financial budgeting/ requirements of the MOH JST project. This includes the preparation of annual budget, tracking and monitoring of budget utilization to ensure that we operate within the approved budget from MOH.
- Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle, including timely escalation to the Workgroup Leads where deemed required.
- Manage project scope effectively by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved by the Project Director/Head of Department.
- Develop tools and best practices for project management and implementation, and constantly review work instructions and work processes for higher efficiency and better outcomes.
- Develop performance metrics and complete post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
- Ensure all project documents are archived upon project completion, to ensure good knowledge management.
B) Mentorship of Staff under the MOH JST project

- Design, execute, and manage leadership development programmes and talent engagement activities, including executive dialogues.
- Support strategic initiatives including onboarding and the career development of leadership pipeline officers.
- Strengthen communication strategies with high-potential talent and their supervisors.
- Contribute to the design of career tracks and new leadership initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in HR, with proven experience in leadership development and/or digital HR transformation.
- Solid understanding of L&D frameworks and systems.
- Competence in translating business needs into effective digital solutions.
- Familiarity with HR tech tools and digital platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior management and technical teams.
- Analytical and project management skills to lead digital and talent initiatives.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
