- As the Sr. Specialist I, Organizational Development, your primary responsibility will be to develop learning objectives and implement targeted programs that enhance core competencies, team collaboration, and professional development across departments. You will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences to support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness in alignment with the global Professional Development strategy.Your key duties will include creating comprehensive training materials such as outlines, guides, handouts, and assessments that are strategically aligned with organizational goals and adult learning principles. You will lead sessions on various topics including change management, communication, leadership, and performance improvement using structured content and interactive delivery methods.To ensure the effectiveness of the programs, you will conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations to identify skill gaps and shape the program design. You will deliver content using diverse instructional strategies like simulations, role plays, group discussions, and experiential learning to enhance engagement and retention.Additionally, you will be tasked with planning and managing onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning initiatives that support employee integration and long-term development. Collaborating with Employee Engagement on initiatives such as performance review season, the bi-annual Voice of the Employee survey, and LMS-related support will also be part of your role.Furthermore, you will partner with Employee Engagement to support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization, including Employee Resource Groups. Your role may also involve other duties that contribute to the overall objective of the position.**Education Required:**- Bachelor's degree.- Or, any combination of education and experience that meets the qualifications for the position.**Experience Required:**- 6+ years of experience in organizational development, preferably in a training role.- Experience in utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance organizational development strategies, learning personalization, and performance analytics is advantageous.- Background in coaching individuals and teams to support leadership growth, career development, and change readiness is beneficial.**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**- Knowledge of organizational development principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint for designing visually engaging learning materials.- Strong cross-cultural communication skills (both written and verbal), along with interpersonal and facilitation skills.- Ability to deliver impactful presentations and lead group discussions across diverse audiences.- Proficiency in organizing complex projects, effective time management in fast-paced environments.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Adapt learning content and delivery methods to cater to varying levels of learner experience and understanding.- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance training programs by integrating feedback, updates, and evolving organizational needs into a dynamic learning curriculum.This job description serves as a guideline for job expectations and your ability to perform the described position.
