- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and develop a curriculum that builds progressively across the academic year and grade levels.
- Deliver a creative, dynamic and inquiry-led IPC curriculum.
- Integrate cross-curricular links between IPC, English, and Mathematics.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent meetings beyond classroom hours.
- Be present on campus or engaged in school-related tasks from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with flexibility as needed).
- Plan and lead field trips, camps, performances, and excursions.

Full Time Lead Teacher (Wed-Sun)
Sparkanauts is an Award-Winning holistic brain enrichment centre for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Our mission is to nurture curious, confident, and capable learners through structured and engaging parent-accompanied classes.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Assistant Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead enrichment classes.
- Deliver and organise class activities, including preparing materials, managing transitions, and setting up classrooms.
- Help with simple operational tasks such as music changes, mat setup, and teaching aids.
- Welcome parents and ensure a positive classroom experience.
- Encourage children and provide gentle guidance throughout activities.
- Take on more responsibilities as you grow into the role.
Note: Our classes are mostly parent-accompanied. Teachers do not conduct lessons independently or handle distressed children alone.
Requirements
- Passion for working with young children.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm in engaging with children and parents.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Prior experience in early childhood education or enrichment is preferred.
- Early childhood Diploma qualification preferred (Early Childhood or related field a bonus).

Working Hours
