Job Description
- Coordinate event venue arrangements, programmes and materials
- Manage onsite logistics, lighting/AV/and staging requirements, bumping out activities
- Managing production crew and other professionals in production houses
- Audio Visual crew at events (laptop operator, sound operator, camera operator) and shoots.
- Plan, execute and coordinator shoots with Clients and production crew members
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Production assistant to event, livestream and video production/technical team.
- Conduct equipment check and carry out proper storage
- Administer customer feedback and prepare post event report
- Other adhoc duties when required
Note: Background in Production, Audio & Visual Technology, Film & Media Studies, Events Management, Audio Visual Engineer or other related discipline is preferred

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Designer. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design and visual identity of Cobalt Finance's products and services.
