About the Role
DUO Motoring is expanding We're looking for a proactive and driven Client Acquisition Executive to grow our customer base for both new and pre-owned cars. You'll play a key role in reaching out to new prospects, understanding their car-buying needs, and guiding them through the purchase journey — from enquiry to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and social media enquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options and financing packages
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from first contact to closing the deal
- Coordinate with marketing to run lead-generation and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets set by the management
- Stay updated with COE trends, financing rates, and automotive market developments
Requirements
- "N" Levels or equivalent preferred (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Prior experience in automotive sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage
