Role Overview
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines high-activity outbound prospecting with sales operations support to keep our pipeline sharp, clean, and growing. You'll be responsible for driving new meetings at the top of the funnel while also ensuring our CRM, reporting, and playbooks give leadership full visibility into performance.
This will be a base+commission-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
( Lead Generation (Hunter Focus) )
- Proactively generate new opportunities through cold calling, and targeted email campaigns. (Training and call scripts provided)
- Exceed weekly activity quotas: calls, connections, meetings booked.
- Identify decision-makers, secure conversations, and qualify leads against criteria given
- Confidently pitch Zenith Partners' value propositions (CRO + Zenith.AI) in first contact.
( Sales Operations )
- Maintain CRM accuracy (ZenHub): logging activities, updating pipeline stages, and cleaning data.
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Assist in building and refining sales playbooks and outreach sequences.
- Track KPIs across campaigns to highlight trends, bottlenecks, and wins.
- Support follow-up processes (reminders, scheduling, basic proposal coordination).
Requirements
- Comfortable with speaking to people over the phone and making cold calls
- Digitally-savvy
- Has own laptop or computer with stable internet access
- Organisational skills
- Fluent English a must, fluent Mandarin, Cantonese a bonus
Commission:
- 10% per deal ( commission ranges from $3000-$000 per successful deal)
- Paid after successful client payment
