Role: Senior Cyber Security Consultant
This role involves designing, implementing, testing, documenting, and handing over security solutions with a focus on Security by Design principles. Responsibilities include deploying and managing SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, TIPs, DAM, and cloud security in AWS and Azure environments. The consultant will also leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for automation, conduct security assessments (SSAT, OSAT, IAT, UAT), and perform system hardening to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate security into all stages of system design and development, including risk assessments and threat modeling.
- Deploy and manage security solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and cloud security; automate infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools.
- Conduct security testing (SSAT, OSAT, IAT, UAT) and system hardening.
- Develop documentation for security controls and processes; ensure smooth handover to operations with security management guides.
- Implement log management systems to centralize security event data and monitor AWS and Azure environments.
- Provide expertise in threat detection, incident response, and proactive security improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on expertise in SIEM, SOAR, and cloud security.
- Strong skills in Terraform, IaC, and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency with AWS and Azure security controls and monitoring tools.
- Experience in security testing methodologies and system hardening.
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.

Responsibilities:
Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.
7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG)
Optional Qualifications:
Master's degree in organizational Change Management or related field
Process design expertise
Experience with digital communication and training tools
Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
