**Responsibilities:**
+ Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
+ Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
+ Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
+ Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
+ Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives.
+ Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
+ Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
+ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
+ Identify and address potential resistance to change.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in Business administration, Change Management or related fields.
+ 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with min. 2 years of technology consulting
+ Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
+ Effective communication and presentation skills
+ Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies
+ Experience designing and delivering training programs
