Responsibilities
Key Operational Parameters (KOP) Setting
Lead annual KOP setting exercise for SLNG terminal (a) in accordance with the KOP Guidelines and engagement with terminal users and regulatory authority, and (b) in a manner that provides suitable operational constraints to terminal users for Throughput and non-Throughput use while ensuring sufficient ullage for energy security needs.
Address customers’ feedback and comment to the KOP setting by active engagement with internal stakeholders and regulatory authority.
Coordinate with internal optimisation team to ensure that scheduling model developed in-house captures up-to-date scheduling rules and procedures under the terminal use agreement and the terminal inter-customer agreement.
Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Management
Finalise the Annual Delivery Program (ADP) for SLNG terminal (a) in accordance with the terminal use agreements with terminal users and operating procedures, and (b) in a manner that secures maximum commercial value to SLNG by optimising the terminal capacity across the various services.
Assess customer requested changes to the ADP in accordance to the contractual provisions and coordinate closely with terminal users and terminal operations team.
Monitor LNG inventory levels of terminal LNG storage tanks to ensure sufficient ullage is available for fulfilling existing contractual obligations to unload LNG vessels, prior to committing ullage to ad hoc / spot customers.
Ensure notifications from terminal users related to LNG Vessel’s information, i.e. name, IMO number, gross LNG cargo capacity, name of loading port, estimated specification of LNG to be unloaded, quantity, pressure and temperature of LNG to be unloaded, arrival date and time etc. are received for each terminal user’s vessel and consolidated into the schedule planning system.
Manage ad-hoc scheduling requirements related to use of SLNG terminal’s LNG jetties for any of various new services including storage & reloading and LNG vessel cool down services.
Be aware of contractual rights on allotment of ship slots to customers and exercising such rights in co-ordination with the Commercial and Terminal Operations teams to maximise commercial value from the terminal.
Contract Management
Engage customers and internal/external stakeholders for the following agreements:
The Spot Terminal Use Agreement and Terminal Rules;
The Storage & Send-Out Agreement, Terminal Rules and Confirmation Notices;
Accession to the Terminal Inter-Customer Agreement and Umbrella Arbitration Agreement, if applicable;
Cargo Sharing Agreement between terminal users;
Surveyor Agreement;
Liaise with customers to request yearly financial statement to support the credit risk review process
Perform issuance of annual send-out statement to customers in accordance with the terminal use agreement
Audit Support
Perform yearly and ad-hoc reconciliation in accordance with contractual arrangement and coordinate within Throughput Business and Finance teams on revenue accounting.
Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to the established policies.
Ensure timely review on the credit support quantum with the customers to ensure SLNG’s credit exposure is managed.
Provide support for internal and external audits as and when necessary
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Finance, Economics, Science or Engineering from a reputable university.
Good understanding of LNG regasification terminal operations, Terminal Use Agreements, Nominations and Scheduling activities under such agreements will be considered favourably.
Proficient with MS Office applications, good analytical skills and is meticulous in processes and procedures.
Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

PSD has been onboarding Statutory Boards (agencies) across the Public Service onto a common cloud-based enterprise management system, known as Cumulus. Cumulus provides a unified solution for Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll and Finance with the aim of improving business efficiency and organisation performance. Agencies, which were using different HRIS based on their own HR processes, will now use Workday, a SaaS, in Cumulus. The Cumulus team has onboarded 41 agencies so far.
(Specific Job Responsibilities)
Applicants with no experience may . You will gain knowledge and experience in HR business processes and technology by working in a team to:
• Maintain and improve Workday in Cumulus for users.
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in HR.
• Identify opportunities for business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives for productivity improvement, via transforming, streamlining and continuous improvement of work processes.
• Identify new Workday requirements and communicate with users to understand additional requirements and needs.

- Define integration architecture using SAP Integration Suite and related technologies.
Solution Design & Delivery:
- Design, configure, and govern integrations across S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud), legacy systems, cloud applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc), and third-party platforms.
- Ensure reusability, scalability, security, and performance of integration flows.
- Define data migration and cutover integration strategies in collaboration with the Data Migration team.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the integration point of contact with program leadership, functional leads, technical architects, and external vendors.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration designs and ensure alignment with enterprise integration principles.
Governance & Compliance:
- Enforce best practices for integration development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure integrations comply with data security, PDPA, and IT audit requirements.
- Establish and manage API governance, monitoring, and error-handling processes.
Project Delivery:
- Drive project planning for integration workstreams including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Oversee defect resolution, performance testing, and cutover/hypercare support for integrations.
- Ensure integration risks/issues are proactively managed and escalated.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in SAP projects with at least 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
- 2+ years in integration design/architecture with SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API, Event Mesh)
- Proven track record in managing integration teams, offshore/onshore model, and third-party vendors
- Hands-on experience in interface design, functional specifications, data mapping
- Hands-on experience in CPI (iFlows, Adapters, Security, Certificates)
- Experience with API management, event-driven architecture, and middleware platforms
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori, and cloud-native integration patterns preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex program environments
- Problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in Singapore healthcare industry or public sector is a plus

Position Overview
Service Analyst provides comprehensive application support to users, handles technical issues and ensures the reliability and performance of our systems. In this role, you manage and resolve application-related issues, perform daily service health monitoring, conduct server maintenance, and implement improvements to enhance system resiliency. In addition, you also investigate incidents across key technologies and application domains, bringing a structured, analytical approach to diagnosing and resolving user-reported issues.
You are also responsible for delivering new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery, and stability, as well as in managing complex problems that require both technical expertise and domain-specific or workflow-related insights. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented approach of support that fosters a stable and resilient application environment for users.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC
- Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems
- Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation
- Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements
- Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport
- Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies
- Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation
- Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance standby support

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM ECC and SuccessFactors application support
- Experience in SuccessFactors modules (employee central, time management, compensation & benefits, performance management)
- Experience in SAP payroll support and functional knowledge, SAP ABAP knowledge and BIB replication.
- Strong in verbal and written communication, analytical and problem solving skills with team player spirit
