**Required Skills:**
Law Enforcement Response Team Associate, APAC Responsibilities:
1. Execute operational processes for a dynamic team managing a high volume of requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and government agencies across the APAC region. Ensure outstanding quality, swift response times, and meticulous execution, while continuously optimizing processes to exceed compliance and service standards
2. Ensure that all requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and our law enforcement guidelines, while being able to surface and highlight risks
3. Record and clearly articulate operational decisions ensuring compliance in line with our policies and procedures
4. Implement high-quality and efficient processes & practices for maintaining and exceeding productivity and quality service level agreements
5. Support escalations related to sensitive subject matter, and remain up to date on key workflow changes, policy updates, world events and operational guidelines
6. Work with cross functional teams, and drive improvements to policies & processes within the law enforcement response team
7. Clearly respond to process and policy questions from law enforcement, government agencies and internal partners, both in writing and over the phone
8. Participate in after-hours and weekend duty to support the business needs
9. Willing and able to work with sensitive issues and potential exposure to content that may include child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury/self harm, suicide and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing

10. 3+ years of relevant operational experience
11. Effective communication and collaboration skills, delivering high quality results in a goal-oriented environment
12. Self-starter requiring minimal direction with experience working independently, and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
13. Proven ability to analyze information to assess threat and risk, and to make effective decisions independently using good judgement and rationale
14. Be able to highlight areas for improvements to policies and processes within the law enforcement response team
15. Demonstrate composure and sound judgment in managing high-pressure escalations and ambiguous situations, proactively engaging cross-functional experts as needed to drive swift and effective resolutions
16. Knowledge of Meta's suite of products, and experience with various computer systems, Internet technology and software (including PC, Mac, MS Office, online research, etc.)
17. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
18. Willingness to testify in legal/court proceedings as a records custodian based on legal approval and business need
19. Willingness to travel internationally as required based on business needs
20. Exposure, Ability to read, and Fluent proficiency in any South Asian Languages (not limited to): Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Sinhales, Assamese, etc as the role will have exposure and communication with stakeholders from the South Asian markets speaking these languages
