Position: Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates
Requirements:
- Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or with a reputable law firm.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulator compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
