· Manage and ensure the cleanliness of laundry plant & counter

· Carry out daily counter operation and duties

· Ensure all payments received are accurate and tally with the daily cashier report

· Be the direct focal point and direct link with customers on all customer issues

· Provide strong leadership in customer related issues

· Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by manager
