Main Responsibilities:
As a key coordinator for the Latin America Lines, you will:
Managing Asian Network: review and analyse weekly vessel profiles and performance from agents
Process all quotation requests from your agents and handle pricing and local tender responses for defined services and areas in Asia.
Perform competitive intelligence analysis, providing recommendations, and proactively gathering reliable market intelligence (rates/capacity adjustments) to stay informed of market changes.
Assist the Trade Manager in managing overall commercial activities for your assigned services and geographic areas, aiming to maximize revenue, liftings, and profitability.
Conduct expert marketing follow-ups for your area and compile market research and statistics, regularly communicating Key Performance Indicators to Line Management.
Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including international freight forwarders and agencies.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Logistics, or Transport with at least two years of experience in business or marketing activities, preferably in a shipping environment.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Table).
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Organized, self-reliant, and a team-oriented mindset.
