Job Description:
• Perform Laptop hardware diagnosis and troubleshoot on the defective unit
• Dismantle/Assembly computer system to do repair on necessary parts
• Handling draw parts and return parts
• Update repair status
• Responsible for project work and ensure compliance with customers' policies, processes and procedures are met.
• Responsible for routine customer enquiries and providing prompt and good service.
• Testing software run full test make sure full working condition.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or Higher Secondary/"A" Level/ITE or Diploma in Electronics or Computer/IT or relevant education certificate.
• 2 years above of relevant experience in IT Support position with trouble-shooting skills.
• Technical knowledge in Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and other common desktop applications

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate test equipment in the repair, overhaul and modification of Avionics Line Replaceable Units.
- Conduct regular functional/self test and calibration on Automated/Manual Test Equipment.
- Ensure all test equipment are within calibration due-date before testing of LRU is carried out.
- Perform modification in accordance to service bulletins on LRUs as and when required.
- Troubleshoot customer's unit and return it to serviceable condition in the most efficient manner.
- Verify and ensure all repairs or modifications carried out conform to quality and workmanship standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices at work place and test benches at all time.
- Carry out duties as assigned by the Supervisor to meet team's objectives.
Requirement:
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electronic Engineering or any other related discipline.
- Preferably 1- 2 years work experience conducting board-level repair work
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
- Good understanding of electronics theory.
- Experience working in a Workshop Environment will be favored.
