Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning & Delivery
Conduct English lessons for primary and/or secondary levels aligned with the MOE syllabus
Tailor lessons to suit the learning needs of individual students or small groups
Teach key language skills including grammar, comprehension, writing, vocabulary, oral communication and critical thinking
Assessment & Feedback
Mark assignments and provide detailed, constructive feedback to students and parents
Monitor and track student progress regularly through tests, quizzes and class activities
Curriculum & Resource Development
Create and update teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom activities
Contribute to curriculum improvements and enrichment programme ideas
Student Engagement & Support
Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment
Provide academic guidance and motivation to help students achieve their goals
Administrative Duties
Maintain student progress records
Assist with centre operations, workshops, and facilitate parent-teacher feedbacks
