This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of student enrolment processes and assisting students with their enquiries. This includes annual unit planning, course matrix management, study plan creation, student retention initiatives, enrolment status updates, and managing enrolment variations. Key Responsibilities
Course Planning and Management
- Coordinate annual unit planning and maintain an up-to-date course matrix.
- Ensure timely approval and communication of unit offerings with course providers and regulators (e.g., SkillsFuture Singapore).
- Manage course transitions, new course registrations, and deregistrations.
- Facilitate provision of software and on-campus learning facilities.
Study Plan Creation and Maintenance
- Develop, update, and communicate study plans aligning with course requirements and unit changes.
