• Manage pre-construction design process with architects and consultants to achieve design and development objectives. This includes the designing of unit layouts and unit interiors.
• Manage consultants on regulatory consultations and submissions for compliance / certifications or appropriate waivers.
• Responsible for the building contract tendering process and overall project supervision to ensure the construction of a quality product which meets commercial objectives
• Manage post construction matters like DLPs and sales launch. This includes the design and building of showflat and relevant marketing materials.

Skills & Experience
