As a key member of our finance team, you will contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our Real Estate development projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial management, budgeting, and cost control, as well as forecasting project development costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish financial management regulations and develop job responsibilities/scopes for the project company.
  • Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and timely filing of records.
  • Complete financial statements and annual audit work.
  • Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as cost control.
  • Establish a financial analysis procedure and model, and report financial status to management regularly.
  • Manage statutory filings including financial statements and tax.
  • Prepare project capital plans and ensure proper cash flow and allocation of funds, as well as managing capital risks.
  • Assist in cost analysis of investment and financing projects, and cooperate with the formulation of investment and financing plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or professional qualification in Accountancy; CFA, ACCA, CPA qualifications are preferred.
  • At least 7 years of working experience in financial management of Main-con Construction companies, Real Estate development projects in Singapore, familiar with financing, taxation, cost control, and other related to Real Estate development business.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's financial policies, corporate financial regulations, and procedures, as well as proficiency in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong capabilities in capital management, cost control, risk control, and financial analysis.
  • Good organizational, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages, with the ability to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking associates, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week on site.
