Training & Development
• Design and conduct training programmes for technical and non‑technical staff on lab processes, equipment use, and quality systems.
• Mentor team members to build technical competence and promote best practices.

Recruitment & Technical Support
• Conduct interviews and participate in selection for new lab personnel.
• Provide expert technical advice to customers—both verbally and via email—to address enquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Collaborate with the QA team to implement and monitor HSE initiatives within the lab.

Others
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (Textile and Apparel), Chemistry or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a laboratory management role, preferably in a testing or research environment

• Participate in the investigation of product complaint in evaluation of returned goods relating to product quality.
• Perform supplier qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience is advantageous. Candidates with no experience or Diploma holders (Software Development) are welcome to apply
• Education: Candidates with no experience or diploma holders in Software Development are welcome to apply.
• Virtualization: Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare, VirtualBox, KVM, etc.).
• Interest in Cybersecurity : A keen interest in cybersecurity, with a passion for learning technical details and experimenting with systems and technologies (e.g., Hack the Box, VulnHub).

Preferred Skills

• Experience of participating intermediate level CTF event.
• Experience of application GUI design and development.
• Familiarity with setting up and managing open-source cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with deploying infrastructure as code (IaC) and provisioning environments.
• Ability to develop and integrate web services with cloud services.

Duties:

• Guide and coach lab technicians.
• Inspect raw materials and conduct analyses on WIP and finished product samples.
• Support QA in failure analysis, corrective actions, and customer complaints.
• Assist with GMP audits, validations, and maintaining quality and technical files.
• Prepare technical reports, standards, and specifications for processes and products.
