Role Summary:
You will be responsible to oversee the development, operation and management of the chemical analysis lab, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards while optimizing analytical methodologies and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage the operation system for the chemical laboratory to ensure compliance with industry
standards and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical methods to meet the fab's monitoring and analysis needs.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor Chemical Analyst engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach with the ability to analyse complex data and derive insights.
