12m Contract / with 1m completion bonus

Salary: Up to 3000

No transport allowance but there is company bus from Boon Lay, jurong east, CCK, Outram, Bedok MRT

Mon, wed and Friday 11.00am-7.00pm / Tues and Thurs 8.15-5.00pm

JOB SCOPE:

• Sample preparation for analysis of water and solid samples

• nalysis of water samples using manual titration and colorimetric methods.

• M intaining 5S of the lab

• P ocess improvement initiative

• P oduce sample result within the timeline and send to respective associate

Job Title: R&D Engineering Assistant / Failure Analysis Technician (Lab Analysis & Testing) (ID1627)

Location: Pioneer, transport pick up Singapore and JB Bukit Indah

Working Hours: 4334 days 12 hours shift (Day / Night)

Day Shift: 8:00am – 8:15pm

Night Shift: 8:00pm – 8:15am

Basic Salary: $2400 - $3000

Job Description

• Assist in conducting validation, evaluation, and characterization of media, media processes, and related components to ensure compliance with design and reliability margins.

• Perform surface analysis measurements and support the development of analysis techniques under the guidance of engineers.

• Document and compile results of evaluations and failure analyses for review by engineers.

• Collaborate with engineers to provide input on surface analysis results and support improvement activities.

• Execute daily evaluation and failure analysis tasks as prioritized by engineers to meet target completion dates.

• Operate and maintain surface analysis lab equipment and report any issues to engineer or vendors for repair and maintenance.

• Ensure lab operations comply with ISO quality and safety standards.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by engineers to support lab operations and engineering activities.

• Proper 5s housekeeping

• Any other ed-hoc as assigned by superior

Requirement:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Science/ Engineering

• Fresh graduate or candidate w/ few years of working experience

• Prepare water and solid samples for analysis.
• Analyze water samples using manual titration and colorimetric methods.
• Maintain the ISO17025 system.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field with experience in water testing.
