Main Responsibilities
Laboratory Operations & Compliance Management
Manage daily QC lab activities, including testing, sensory evaluation, and product release.
Ensure materials are released on time and meet all quality and regulatory standards.
Make final decisions on approving or rejecting raw materials and finished goods; escalate when needed.
