Job Scope
- Perform collection and delivery of instruments to and from customer sites.
- Conduct on-site evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of equipment according to company procedures.
- Provide installation and commissioning support for instruments when required.
- Assist with in-house assembly of instrument parts in the laboratory.
- Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer support and after-sales service.
- Ensure proper handling, care, and documentation of equipment during transport and servicing.
- Comply with all workplace safety and risk assessment procedures.
