• To supervise contractors to ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily.
• Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the effectiveness of breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform regular inspections to maintain common property areas in satisfactory condition and ensure proper maintenance as per standards required by relevant authorities.
• Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and recommend payment thereof.
• Coordinate consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply for necessary licenses and certificates from relevant authorities when needed.
