Job Responsibilities:
- Manage AWS Cloud Instances and KVM infrastructure, including virtual machines, clusters, and storage. Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal virtualization capabilities
- Manage and maintain of Database and storage systems, including provisioning, data backup, and disaster recovery processes
- Deploy and manage our network infrastructure and ensure seamless software deployment and updates / patching and hardening
- Develop and maintain the ETL pipeline / integration for data sharing with internal and external applications with python and other related SQL tools.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies (GPO), and domain controllers. Ensure secure and efficient access to network resources
- Assist and respond promptly to cyber security / system incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
- Review network security processes and procedures, and test and evaluate security products
- Gathering of logs/information requested from L3 for ticket resolution
- Daily monitoring of infrastructure, documentation of technical processes and product configurations, ensuring proper operation of products and assist in recommending improvements
- Support application deployment activities
Requirements:
- At least 1 year System Engineer/System Administrator experience, proficient with AWS Cloud Technology, KVM, Networking, and Microsoft Active Directory will be a strong advantage
- Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues
- Diploma or Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent
