Role OverviewThe world of global advisory, audit and tax compliance services for large multi-nationals is rapidly changing and heavily dependent on technology. The KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a KPMG special purpose member firm offering a way for clients to leverage KPMG top talent and technology platforms through regional teams of specialists, enabling economies of scale and a new way of working that expands beyond local capability. As the KDN SAP lead for the region, the Platform Architect is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Technologies and Platforms related to Powered solutions. This is a key role being accountable for the delivery of a robust and scalable Enterprise-wide platform architecture that will deliver on Powered client’s strategic objectives. The Platform Architect will ensure that solution architecture is developed in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture and Functional design of client requirements.
Responsibilities:- Provide Pre-sales, Solutioning support to KPMG member firms in the region.
- Ownership of pursuit solution process from Solution Design, Estimation, Orals to contract support.
- Define overall SAP transformation roadmap for clients, including SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud adoption, integration and data strategy.
- Develop end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP Best practices, SAP Industry Solutions, Innovations and BTP.
- Lead solutions for large S/4 HANA Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield transformations.
- Work closely with Business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
- Design solutions for cloud-based SAP migrations i.e., RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.
- Design governance model while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and standardization across SAP landscapes.
- Leverage SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends to propose differentiated solutions.
- Excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA core and edge/cloud portfolio applications.
- Experience of working in large-scale, complex IT environments with a strong understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
- Deep understanding of project delivery and management frameworks and methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, DevOps etc.
- Working knowledge of SAP Functional modules, SAP Technology stack, integration frameworks (PI/PO, CPI), and Data migration tools.
- Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies including Automation, Business AI and DevOps.
- Good understanding of SAP Activate Methodology, tools, templates and accelerators.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA or Cloud Solutions are highly desirable.
