As the KDN SAP lead for the region, the Platform Architect is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Technologies and Platforms related to Powered solutions. This is a key role being accountable for the delivery of a robust and scalable Enterprise-wide platform architecture that will deliver on Powered client’s strategic objectives. The Platform Architect will ensure that solution architecture is developed in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture and Functional design of client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide Pre-sales, Solutioning support to KPMG member firms in the region.
- Ownership of pursuit solution process from Solution Design, Estimation, Orals to contract support.
- Define overall SAP transformation roadmap for clients, including SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud adoption, integration and data strategy.
- Develop end-to-end solutions leveraging SAP Best practices, SAP Industry Solutions, Innovations and BTP.
- Lead solutions for large S/4 HANA Greenfield, Brownfield and Bluefield transformations.
- Work closely with Business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to align SAP solutions with business objectives
- Design solutions for cloud-based SAP migrations i.e., RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.
- Design governance model while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and standardization across SAP landscapes.
- Leverage SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends to propose differentiated solutions.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA core and edge/cloud portfolio applications.
- Experience of working in large-scale, complex IT environments with a strong understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
- Deep understanding of project delivery and management frameworks and methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, DevOps etc.
- Working knowledge of SAP Functional modules, SAP Technology stack, integration frameworks (PI/PO, CPI), and Data migration tools.
- Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies including Automation, Business AI and DevOps.
- Good understanding of SAP Activate Methodology, tools, templates and accelerators.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA or Cloud Solutions are highly desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to:
Manage the onboarding of member firms to KDN for Audit
Pro-actively advertise KDN for Audit capabilities and services to the (regional) network of member firms
Establish relationships with member firm Audit Senior Managers
Manage the onboarding process of member firms and run the engagement of 'KDN for Audit' resources in this process
Manage relationships with member firms onboarded to KDN for Audit
Collaborate with country KDN Champions to expand the adoption of KDN services, including new services
Manage demand capacity requirements and work with Delivery Centre (DC) teams to ensure delivery capacity
Respond to member firm requests and manage engagement of KDN team members
Resolve service delivery issues flagged by member firms
Pro-actively lead on advising member firm Audit Senior Managers on how KDN for Audit can support their business and people
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
An accounting related degree and/or a professional qualification from a recognized accountancy body
Experience in Senior Audit Quality Management, Internal Audit, IT Audit, ISO 27001 and/or strong experience leading and providing financial statement audit services or similar assurance services
The ability to collaborate and work effectively in teams
Familiarity with global service delivery models and experience in managing delivery center Risk Management and Quality is preferred
Experience in developing positive client relationships and project proposals
Exemplary executive written and oral communication skills
Great organizational and project management skills
Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
A willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team schedules
The ability to travel internationally as required

Mission
MoneySmart Financial generates leads on its platform in the form of customers who are in the market for life and health insurance and who are interested in connecting with a Financial Advisory Specialist. Your mission will be to promptly call all the leads assigned to you, find out more about these customers’ life and health insurance needs, compare among the different available options, advise them on the best-suited option, assist them on the application process and facilitate the follow-up until the life/health insurance policy is officially issued. Post-sales servicing and customer retention in the form of reviewing their life/health insurance annually are also crucial aspects of this role.
You are expected to be highly responsive, provide top-notch service and competent advice, and get back to customers quickly in order to ensure excellent customer experience. You may need to be available outside of standard working hours because customers may not be available during the day due to work commitments. You are expected to be self-motivated, disciplined, accountable, and committed to achieving your monthly sales targets.
You will be working closely with our Senior Financial Advisory Manager to grow the business, drive sales excellence and foster a positive client-centric culture. This role offers an excellent opportunity to achieve great success on a personal and team level, contributing to the growth of the Group’s overall business in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Provide holistic financial advisory services to new and existing customers of MoneySmart Financial,
Conduct financial planning and financial needs analysis for customers,
Provide recommendation and implementation of insurance solutions,
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver excellent customer service,
Handle all leads and enquiries assigned and expand customer base through referrals,
Deliver sales-related objectives and key results,
Ensure appropriate advisory practice and proper documentation,
Adhere to both internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in FA firms and/or insurance companies
Good knowledge of financial planning and the insurance industry
Sound understanding of insurance products and collective investment schemes
Able to carry out duties independently with minimal supervision
Able to learn and adapt quickly, working under pressure and time constraints
Self-motivated with a resilient mindset to achieve objectives and key results
CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI qualifications; M8, M8A, BCP, PGI and ComGI will be an added advantage
