Responsibilities
Provide holistic financial advisory services to new and existing customers of MoneySmart Financial
Conduct financial planning and financial needs analysis for customers
Provide recommendation and implementation of insurance solutions
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver excellent customer service
Handle all leads and enquiries assigned and expand customer base through referrals
Deliver sales-related objectives and key results
Ensure appropriate advisory practice and proper documentation
Adhere to both internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in FA firms and/or insurance companies
Good knowledge of financial planning and the insurance industry
