Salary: $2800 - $3500
Earliest start at 8:00 AM, latest end at 4:00 AM.
Transport Allowance: Finish work at 4am will be entitled to an additional transport allowance
- Oversee food quality to meet company standards.
- Participate in daily cooking to ensure taste, presentation, and safety.
- Standardize dish recipes and update the menu.
- Train kitchen staff and develop new dishes.
- Monitor inventory quality and usage; manage purchases and control food cost.
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards.
- Supervise equipment use and approve maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with operations, gather feedback, and work closely with procurement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry. (open to any cuisine).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
