Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and handle preparation of cold food

2. Prepare and handle preparation of hot food

3. Prepare raw ingredients as per SOP

4. Prepare cooked and partial finished product as per SOP

5. Assembling product as per SOP

6. Food Preparation for Delivery/Catering Guests

7. Food Preparation for quantity ordered by the outlets

8. Packaging of food as per SOP for delivery purpose

9. Maintain a high level of hygiene standards

10. Maintain equipment cleanliness and overall kitchen cleanliness

11. Assist to Manage Inventory level inside the facility

12. Assist to Manage Ordering inside the facility

13. Follow the rules and regulations of the company policy and facility location policy

14. Reports to Kitchen Lead

Preferred Skills

1. Previous work experience inside Kitchen would be a plus point

2. Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients (Vegetables and Protein)

3. Familiar with South Asian cuisine would be a place point

4. Willingness to learn

5. High level of initiative

6. Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player

7. Food Safety Level 1 is a must

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for the preparation and cooking of food in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements.

• Ensure all ingredients are properly portioned, chopped, and stored prior to use in cooking.
• Utilize appropriate baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare high-quality baked foods.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene protocols.
• Continuously monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout each shift.

• Assist with basic food prep, such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables
• Ensure the kitchen and all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized at all times
• Handle dishwashing duties, including washing and storing kitchen utensils and equipment
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff during service, especially during busy hours
• Receive and store deliveries properly, checking for quality and freshness
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef

• 5 to 5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri only)
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour break)
• Off on weekends and Public Holidays

• Assist with basic food prep (cutting, portioning, etc.)
• Support chefs with simple cooking tasks
• Wash and store utensils, kitchenware, and equipment
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Unpack and store supplies, monitor stock levels
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
