Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
- Perform site investigations and rectification work inclusive of co-ordination work with the relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.
- Investigate and report on abnormalities related to meter readings.
- Manage meter cut-off and handle matters related to overdue account.
- Respond to customer service requests, such as installing/ replacing/ troubleshooting gas appliances, servicing gas stoves, conducting soundness tests on gas installations, etc.
- Handle customers' enquiries/ feedback and service recoveries.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Nitec in any Engineering discipline.
- Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in contract management and customer service.
- Possess a driving license (class 3 / 2).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building facilities maintenance.
- Experience in maintenance of mobile medical equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, shower trolleys, hospital beds) is an advantage, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Training will be provided.
Marine Equipment:
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of marine equipment for boat owners and shipyards
- Handle in-house testing and provide customer support
- Document all service and repair work promptly
- Maintain and calibrate service tools and equipment
Requirements:
- NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, or Marine Engineering
- Possess Class 3 manual driving license
- Interest in the marine equipment industry

Job Description
- Perform duties related to all mechanical maintenance such as servicing and repair of equipment and facilities / knowledge in Electrical / Air-conditioning trouble shooting;
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment to determine root cause of equipment failure, take remedial action and make reliability improvements;
Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirement;
Candidate with Class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
