Operating Theatre Nurse (Full-Time | 5.5 Days)
Join a well-established private medical centre in Novena, specializing in Eye, General Surgery (GS), and Orthopaedic procedures. We're looking for dedicated and capable nurses to support our Operating Theatre (OT) team in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in surgeries as a scrub and/or circulating nurse , ensuring sterile technique and safe instrument handling
- Comfortable in a scrub role as part of daily OT duties
- Prepare OT equipment and assist with pre- and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control and safety protocols
- Ensure smooth surgical workflows and compliance with OT standards
- Provide support to patients and families before and after surgery
- Communicate effectively with doctors, anaesthetists, and medical staff to ensure seamless procedures
- Valid SNB registration
- Prior OT experience preferred (training available for nurses new to OT)
- Good clinical judgment, a team player, and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile procedures is an advantage
- 5.5-day work week
- Shifts: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (rotating)

4. General Administration
- Manage general correspondences.
- Compile administrative reports for management.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
5. Customer & Internal Communications
- Professionally answer and direct phone calls.
- Provide support to internal teams and maintain good communication with external
stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or order processing roles.
