- Identify suppliers that meet SSMC's needs and form cross function team with end users to jointly select & develop suppliers
- Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy developed
- Perform regular performance review with supplier to drive continuous improvement from suppliers
- Prepare and lead negotiation contractual agreement with suppliers
- Administer ongoing supplier management program (SRS)

The Supply Chain Analyst (Purchasing) is responsible for optimising supply chain operations through data analysis, inventory management, and collaboration with various departments to ensure assurance of supply.
This position reports to the Section Head, Purchasing and is part of the Purchasing Department located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Demand and Supply CoordinationEnsure consistent material supply to meet production build plans by applying lean tools and collaborating with Order Fulfilment, Planning, and Production teams to manage dynamic demand changes.
