• Manage a team of sales & marketing executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree plus at least 2 years of related work experience

• Good people skills and cultural awareness to manage a diverse team of sales & marketing executives

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Specialist . The ideal candidate will have experience in managing internships, administering employee insurance benefits, and supporting learning & development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the annual training calendar, notifying all staff of available training opportunities.
• Organize monthly in-house training sessions, including registering staff for courses, preparing attendance lists, and applying for training passes.
• Co-manage yearly training programs and other leadership development initiatives.
• Manage recruitment for internships, ensuring timely renewal and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor employee records to ensure company commitments are met, including confirmation letters.
• Identify and manage interns from existing and past talent pools, handing them over to the acquisition team.
• Assist the Director and Manager in recruitment talks at local universities and polytechnics.
• Take charge of employees' medical and insurance programs, including renewals and health screenings.
