Job Description:
As a Fitness Trainer at BFT Studio, you'll be responsibile for:
- Conducting high-energy group fitness classes following the BFT methodology and standards.
- Demonstrating proper exercise form and technique to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Motivating and inspiring clients in a positive and supportive training environment.
- Tracking client progress and adjusting training area.
- Maintaining a clean and organised training area.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments.
- Achieving monthly fitness sales and service KPIs/targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' level qualifications.
- Certification in fitness training (ACE, NCSF, NASM, FIC, FIASA, etc).
- CPR/AED certification.
- Proven experience as a fitness trainer, preferably with expertise in Body Fit Training (BFT) or similar high-intensity training programmes.
- Ability to operate computer software systems and social media (IG/Facebook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles.
- Passion for fitness and ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to helping others to achieve their goals.
- Ability to adapt training programmes and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Confidence in conducting group fitness training.
