The China Sourcing & Strategy Consultant will play a key advisory role in supporting the company's product diversification strategy, with a focus on sourcing and developing non-apparel products from China. The consultant will be responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, advising on pricing and financial structures, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize product performance and profitability. This is a project-based consulting role that provides strategic input without involvement in daily operational management.

• Identify, evaluate, and liaise with Chinese suppliers and manufacturing partners for non-apparel product categories.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct product sourcing research, cost analysis, and supplier due diligence.
• Advise management on pricing strategies, cost structures, and profit margins to support commercial decisions.
• Provide financial analysis and market insights to guide product selection and portfolio strategy.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience in OSAT management within a medium/high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry
Proficient in SAP, Excel, and familiar with AI tools and Python for data analysis and automation
Strong understanding of Wafer Level Packaging (WLP), Assembly/Test processes, and supply chain best practices
Demonstrated strengths in cost analysis, qualitative and quantitative analytics, and strategic supplier management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments
Decisive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and shifting goals
Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
