What You’ll Do
With ambitious growth plans for 2025, this hands-on role will see you driving recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent across the Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, a proven track record of success in recruiting top technical talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Success in this role is finding top talent for our open requisitions in a timely manner while creating a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, attract, and engage for technical engineering roles across various regions, primarily Singapore.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
- Use sourcing data and recruitment metrics to inform and optimize the sourcing strategy and drive improvements in sourcing efficiency.
- Conduct research to map out companies and markets, identify potential talent pools, and provide insights into industry trends.
- Evaluate candidates not just for technical skills but also for their fit with our core values
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of Taking Ownership of our actions and decisions
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a recruiting sourcing role, preferably in the tech or software engineering space.
- Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, etc.) using various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Knowledge of global and local hiring trends, particularly in the software engineering and tech industries.
- Strong data analysis skills to track and improve sourcing metrics and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous, as the role may support the hiring of teams based in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Experience hiring for technology functions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company.

Responsibilities- Screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge by reviewing resumes, facilitating phone and face-to-face interviews, and conducting reference checks in order to evaluate skill level in relation to position requirements.
- Update the applicant tracking system by ensuring information is regularly documented throughout the hiring process including, but not limited to coding applicant’s status, detailed interview notes, and reasoning behind final decisions.
- Conduct reference checks by verifying candidate employment information, reviewing letters of recommendation, and contacting the provided professional and/or personal contacts.
- Identify business hiring needs and collaboratively consult on topics such as sourcing strategies, hiring trends, and building robust pipelines for assigned positions in order to develop and execute solutions to satisfy current and long-term talent needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, HR business partners, coordinators, and candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle by ensuring regular communication, providing progress updates, offering guidance, and responding to questions in order to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
- Process new hires onboarding by verifying their form of identification, capturing legible fingerprint impressions, inputting information into the E-verification system, and printing a security badge in order to clear for employment.
- Drive accountability with staffing partners by building and maintaining effective working relationships, maintaining consistent communications and responsiveness, clarifying hiring needs, and facilitating candid conversations when necessary.
- Support internal customers, contractors, and/or interns by discerning long-term career goals; serving as an advocate on their behalf; gathering information on program satisfaction; and providing interviewing best practices, resume tips, and constructive feedback.
- Min Dip / Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience in MNC will be an advantage.

Role Overview:
- Be the focal point for special tooling & equipment purchase and drive vendor performance in accordance to established purchase orders / contracts

Role Overview
- Be the focal point for special tooling & equipment purchase and drive vendor performance in accordance to established purchase orders / contracts
- Provide RFQ/RFP/contract negotiation support
- Lead small contract negotiations/key projects, engaging with key stakeholders (e.g. key operational stakeholders in operations / engineering / maintenance etc.) in defining/understanding requirements through to implementation
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to sourcing and development of suppliers with respect to technology, performance, quality, cost, logistics and delivery
- Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and fulfillment ensuring suppliers are able to meet requirements for performance, quality, cost and delivery of goods and services
- Create & manage purchase orders through to delivery & supplier invoicing/payment
- Support, maintain, and update key sourcing tools, processes and systems such as cost savings tracker, preferred supplier list (Oracle Cloud & KYS), etc.
- Provide other key support to the site sourcing team
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in engineering, manufacturing quality assurance, and supplier quality management, who demonstrates leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with technical background from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing.
