Job Description:

• To outreach and engage working people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations
• To propose suitable training solutions to customers via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, and events.)
• To actively participate in assigned corporate events, road-show, class visits, and seminars
• Actively scout the environment to grow one's sales portfolio
• To build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one's portfolio

Our Life Coach plays a key role in developing personalized life plans that emphasize daily living skills.

• Create data-based, student-centered Individualised Living Plan (ILP) processes for all students, and support their attainment of ILP goals through appropriate strategies implemented in partnership with families/caregivers, allied professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver engaging and well-paced lessons taking account of the diverse learner profiles of students and using evidence-based pedagogy and meaningful activities, to meet the independent living needs of individual students.
• Pro-actively facilitate and manage the students and learning environment to enhance motivation and behaviour, and opportunities for learning.

• Build strong relationships with students, providing physically, emotionally, and socially-safe environments for enhancing care and facilitating learning.

Requirements:

- Having a specialist diploma/degree in a relevant or related field or valid teaching certification in Special Education is good but optional.

- Some understanding of the special education laws and regulations.

- Strong in communicating, collaborating and building relationships with students, parents and team members.

Training (~80% of your time):
Content Development: Collaborate with your team or independently develop content aligned with our curriculum, focusing on recruitment, selection, and adult learning needs.
