How You Succeed
As the AVP of Information Security and Digital Risk Management (ISDRM), you will be responsible for the 2nd line governance and oversight of information security and digital risks (technology, information, and cyber) within the OCBC Group. What You Do
Drive or support risk governance and oversight activities and provide effective challenge to strengthen the effectiveness of technology, information or cyber risk in Group, such as risk mitigation programs.

Keep abreast of new technologies and related risks, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relating to technology, information & cyber security.
Who You Are
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM or CRISC) would be advantageous.
More than 7 years of relevant experience in technology, information or cyber risk management, information security or IT audit within the financial services industry.
Proficient in risk management, IT governance, information & cyber security standards.
Experienced in leading risk assessments and risk assurance testing.
Good knowledge and experience in managing legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to technology, information or cyber risk domains (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China).
Good written and communication skills, as well as solution oriented.
Ability to interact, engage and influence with stakeholders across all levels.
Ability to contribute through others, collaborate well across seniority, cultures and locations.
Proactive and able to work well under pressure or tight deadlines.

  • Meticulous, versatile, good interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;

Experience with or working knowledge of Singapore banking regulations.
Demonstrated experience evaluating risk issues with the ability to develop strategies to mitigate those risks for a multi‐jurisdictional financial services company.
Highly organised with extensive analytical, problem‐solving and negotiation skills.
Quick thinker with proven interpersonal and communication skills at the Management level.

Your Key Responsibilities
This is a role where no two days are the same – so you’ll find yourself taking on plenty of new responsibilities as you go. You’ll work alongside clients and colleagues, balancing your time between advising stakeholders, managing a team of professionals in the execution of projects, and supporting business development. Since you’ll be working directly with clients, some travel will be required.

To Qualify for the role you must have
Bachelordegree in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or other relevant discipline.
At least 4-5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in a professional services environment or MNC.
Experience in Team and Stakeholder management as well as support in business development activities such as Proposal Development and Pre-sales.
Strong understanding of risk management processes risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation. Facilitation of risk assessment workshops.
Experience in developing risk management governance structure and ensure compliance across organizations diverse environment.
Experience in engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders with an ability to consult and develop remediation options and risk mitigation solutions.
Understanding of reporting requirements.
Practical experience and understanding of technology and business processes in providing related risk assurance and advisory considerations.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Strong project management skills including agile and design-thinking methods.
Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Professional, Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) etc. .
