- Handle full spectrum of Human Resource.
- Recruitment & onboarding and off boarding including oversee recruitment, scheduling interview, coordinating assessment and managing onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Handle applications, renewals and cancellations of work passes, ensure compliance with MOM and local laws.
- Ensure all employee-related data is organized and secure, and all related documentation adheres to company data protection and compliance standards.
- Support performance appraisal processes, employee engagement activities, and training/development initiatives.
- Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook and templates in compliance with local regulations.
- Track and manage employee leave, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Office Administration: Manage office administration matters including mailing, calls, office supplies, and general administrative support.
- Liaise with external vendors and government agencies where necessary (e.g., Office vendors, MOM submissions, Building Management etc).
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR management systems, and Sharepoint is an advantage.

What will your typical day look like?
Proactively work with the business to manage demand, supply and capability: allocating staff on engagements, identifying the most suitable person (skills and career aspirations) for the engagements as well as focusing on client service delivery. The Consultant will work closely with the Resource Management Team to deliver the required support to various stakeholders. The Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions related to scheduling staff on engagements, preparing reports for the business unit and other tasks as following:
Workforce Allocation and Reporting :
Allocate engagements with appropriate mix of resources (level, skills, experience, onshore vs offshore) based on relevant guidelines to meet engagement needs
Identify engagement conflicts and requirements and escalate issues to a more senior RM team member and/or the Sector Resource Manager as appropriate and in a timely manner
Support weekly conference calls and meetings related to staff allocation
Work with the Acceleration Center (offshore) team and other team members to manage overall resource deployment
Coordinate the resource management email inbox daily
Prepare/run relevant reports and undertake initial analysis as appropriate
Forecast Management:
Maintain S&D Talentlink (Resourcing system) as a live and accurate database to reflect deployment and leave planning
Prepare resource utilisation projections and engage in discussion with the Sector Resource Manager on issues identified
Manage and update data on new starters, transfers and departures
People Expertise:
Build relationships with staff within the relevant sector in FSA
Build knowledge of resources being scheduled, including skills, experience and aspirations
Conduct new joiner orientation
