Identify, evaluate and establish relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favourable terms for the company.
Monitor and assess the supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery.
Continuously seek new suppliers to expand the vendor pool and reduce supply chain risk.
Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes promptly.
Source and purchase semiconductor materials, spare parts, equipment, and services in line with customers’ schedules.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations.
Collaborate with the quality control and engineering team to ensure that purchased components and materials meet quality standards.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and value engineering efforts to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
Monitor and analyse market trends and price fluctuations in the semiconductor industry.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier communications.
Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a related high-tech manufacturing environment.

Position Summary:
Responsible for executing the full spectrum of procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management, in compliance with company policies and project requirements.
