Key Responsibilities:

Conduct system audits, manage firmware updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support & training.
Ensure ISO 27001, GDPR compliance, maintain network diagrams & security documentation, and conduct risk assessments.
Min diploma in IT or it's equivalent
At least two years in network engineering/security system integration.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, L2/L3 security (Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba), firewalls, and intrusion detection.
Experience with CCTV, access control, and physical security systems

You will join a dynamic team tasked to supervise exchanges and market operators. You will carry out day-to-day supervision of financial markets infrastructures (e.g. market operators, exchanges and clearing houses) to ensure that trading and clearing of securities and derivatives is safe and efficient. You will participate in the review and formulation of a wide array of regulatory policies and legislative reforms to enhance Singapore's regulatory framework for an evolving capital market. You will also be given ample opportunities to be involved in a variety of projects to strengthen Singapore's capital markets, and contribute to Singapore's participation in international standard-setting fora.
What we are looking for:
Self-motivated, analytical, with a keen interest to develop expertise in capital markets
Mature and able to work independently
Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
Strong statistics, econometrics or quantitative risk modelling skills; familiar with Matlab/R/Python
Prior working experience relating to the securities or derivatives markets, regulatory or competition matters will be an advantage.
