Manager, Bus Infrastructure Management

(What you will be working on)

The Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division is responsible for the operations, maintenance and management of bus infrastructure, to ensure smooth bus operations and upkeep commuter experience.

You will be managing a team who is overseeing bus infrastructure operations to ensure business continuity and asset functional status. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication and coordination skills to join our team.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Manage audit function to ensure all bus infrastructure are properly maintained and comply with established requirements.

  • Maintain oversight of all works and activities that affects bus infrastructure, to ensure proper interfacing by LTA/ external project teams with bus operators. Where required, to identify areas for improvement and ensuring operational conditions remain optimal.

  • Assess bus infrastructure capacity to ensure optimal operations when there are bus service variations.

  • Manage relationships with both bus operators and vendors to ensure coordinated responses and solutions, while minimising disruption to regular operations during incidents.

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for bus infrastructural matters.
