- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a laboratory operating under ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Strong understanding of metallic materials, alloy specifications, and chemical compositions (e.g., steel, stainless steel, nickel, cobalt, aluminium, titanium).
- Knowledge of welding processes, welding consumables, and material properties in industrial applications.
- Strong technical foundation in materials engineering and analytical testing techniques.
- Good communication and relationship -building skills with both internal teams and customers.
- Ability to explain technical topics clearly and provide effective recommendations.
- Certifications such as CWI or CSWIP 3.1, and PCN Level 2 in Visual Inspection will be advantageous.
