About the Job

  • Working Schedule:
    1. Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.
    2. Fridays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Previous experience in reception work is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains safe and clean at all times.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Attend to students who are unwell/injure themselves, alerting teachers to contact their parents when necessary.
  • Operate the telecommunication system in compliance with guidelines.
  • Collate data, file documents, and update the notice board(s).
  • Ensure that teachers clear their in-trays daily.
  • Manage donated school uniforms, ensuring proper arrangement.

  • Experience in working in a MOE school environment is preferred.
