Roles & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for coordinating and performing general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing of inventory, picking and packing, labelling and decoding, and releasing outbound shipments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform general warehouse activities such as receiving, picking & packing
  • Perform Labelling of products / goods
  • Perform stock count
  • Maintain good housekeeping to ensure warehouse cleanliness
  • Ensuring inventory stock are identified, updated and stored as per allocated locations
  • And other activities assigned by Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Team Player with ability to collaborate with others
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Candidates are required to lift and move boxes of up to 15 kg
  • Candidates must be able to read fine prints on product labels

· Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and external partners for any office and operational matters.

· Responsible for Office Maintenance (e.g., ordering office supplies/equipment and pantry items, repairs).

· Perform daily administrative duties, including handling correspondence and answering and screening phone calls.

· Arrange and coordinate meetings whenever required and take minutes.

· Manage staff's medical/annual leave records.

· First point of contact for all external visitors.

· Assist in company projects.

· Take care of any travel arrangements including visa applications (if required).

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

· Business Administrative qualification preferred.

· Able to communicate and write effectively in English and Mandarin as you will be required to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Positive working attitude, resourceful, and strong interpersonal skills.
