Responsibilities
Work closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
Monitoring and configuring networking components like VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables.
Manage and maintain Firewalls and VPN.
Responding to network-related incidents and service requests.
Document all configurations, procedures and changes.
Requirements
Familiarity with AWS networking services, ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and AWS Cloud platform.
Team Player, excellent in documentation documentation, and communication skills.
Certification in ITIL, AWS/Microsoft AZURE/Google cloud and Network preferred.
